OPEN WATER DIVER

OWD (Open Water Diver)
Successfully earning the first level PADI allows you to dive without supervision to a depth of 18m throughout the world upon presentation of your PADI certification card.

The PADI OW course is open to everyone aged 15 and over.
A special course, PADI Junior Open Water, is available for 12 to 15 year olds.
The course is divided into three modules.
Academic training.
Confined water training. (swimming pool)
Open water training. (lake or sea)

Academic training :
(5 sessions)

Practical training :
(5 sessions)

This will teach you the basic skills of diving necessary to dive safely in confined water.

Open water training (4 dives)

Allows you to demonstrate your mastery of these skills and practice them in a typical diving situation.

Equipment :
All material is provided for the confined and open water activities ,
Except : basic personal diving equipment – mask, tuba, fins booties and gloves.
